It is commonly seen that many people frequently suffer from gum and teeth related problems. The bacteria inside the mouth tend to cause many diseases which can ultimately lead to severe consequences. These gum diseases and tooth decay are a result of plaque formation. Plaque generally starts to build upon the teeth if the mouth is not rinsed properly after eating and food particles remain stuck in the teeth. #3. Limit Acidic Drinks and Juices: Food containing acids tend to soften the food minerals and dissolve the minerals in the tooth enamel. Sugary foods should also be reduced as it may cause plaque. So, it is necessary to restrict the consumption of food items which are harmful for the teeth for the betterment of teeth. 

#4. Avoid Doing Difficult Teeth Task: The function of teeth is to chew food. Often people try to do other stuff using their teeth that can be very dangerous. These are like cracking nuts, opening bottle etc. these are very dangerous for the teeth and should not be done.

#5. Consult the Dentist At Regular Intervals: It is necessary to consult the dentist quite often for proper maintenance of the teeth and right dental care. Change Your Brush: It is nice to brush daily, but it is better to change your brush after one or two months as though you wash it a lot, there are germs that can be found difficult to wash and may be present in your toothbrush. #7. Snacking: We often brush our teeth after dinner or lunch. But do we brush our teeth after having snacks in the evening or midnight? It is very important to fight the germs and plaque properly thus everyone should brush their teeth even after having the snacks for the best dental care.

#8. Proper Brushing Technique: The brush should be used at a 45-degree angle while brushing and it is better to give shorter strokes for better results. People do brush but most of us do not know the right technique for brushing our teeth.
